If you are interested in joining the lab please email Dr. McRae your CV and a brief (~ 1 page) description of your research interests and relevant skills (e.g., SCUBA certification level, field/lab experience, data analysis capacity).
The McRae Marine Ecology Lab is eager to explore any topics related to how climate change is affecting marine organisms. Currently we are undertaking projects that use photogrammetry to develop long-term monitoring plots to assess changes in benthic community composition in coral reefs, and we are also using heat stress experiments (in the lab & in the field) to quantify coral thermal tolerance.
